Rec. P.1410 – companion to Rec. P.1411 but deals with higher frequencies used for the planning of broadband services employing local multipoint distribution systems – collectively referred to as broadband fixed wireless access.
As regards treatment of buildings, Rec provides a statistical model for building blockage that can be used to determine area coverage when selecting the best location for a base station to provide service to a number of users within a given area.
