• Talk follows on from 1st one, in which ITU was introduced; left talk at point of mentioning ITU-R SGs; this talk describes some of the work that goes on in the SGs.

• Although “review”, cannot cover all the work being undertaken in the SGs in allocated time. After recalling the objectives of SG work and how it fits into the work of the R Sector, intend to take examples of current areas of study within each of the SGs in order to give a flavour of the work for which each is responsible.
