PLAN BEFORE YOU START
To be done before starting the IMPLEMENTATION

• Assign groups and tasks, procedure, coordination and communication
• Documentation and plans on paper for everybody ( IP, SSID, phone numbers, ANTENNA POLARIZATION etc)
• Configure and build the network at lab then mount it
• Everything you need for install: ladder
• Equipment for personal protection and security ( SECURITY PLANNING)
• Tool box according to the number of groups
• Protection from the sun for sensitive equipment
• Define objectives and a goal that is FUN
• BINOCULARS, COMPASS
• VOLTMETER
• Equipment with LEDS which are visible
• Use realistic measurement tools
• Use appropriate measurement tools
• MEASUREMENT plan ( e.g. ping, SNR, survey, trace route,...) use a shell scipt to do the measurements
• Aligning strategy for antenna alighnment
