                                Second day diary
of School on Radio use for digital and multimedia communication

With a nice morning, and beautifull weather, we started our second day
in the use of Radio in digital and multimedia communication school.
The participants were of much harmony together, and their discussion
was of great impact on the day's activity.

Today we've seen Mr. Luther, prof. Struzak and Mr.Carlo Fonda.
They introduced Mr. D. Ratkaj to us. Mr. Ratkaj talked briefly on the
Management of Radio Spectrum on Europe, and he emphasized on the optimal
use of spectrum, he also showed the procedure in which this management can be
done(CEPT, ERO), Mr. Ratkaj then emparced on the definition of SEAMCAT, and he
deviced what SEAMCAT is and what is not.
After that, we took our lunch break, and then we continued our
activity in the computer lab (this is the first time, we ever see the
computer lab), Mr. Ratkaj then demonstrated to us the use of SEAMCAT and because we
were supposed to end this day activity around 4:00 oclock, we were not
able to cover all SEAMCAT's features, but we made a promise to use SEAMCAT and to
have good time at the Carnival.
Mr. Carlo Fonda, was supposed to continue with Linux commands, but upon
the request from some of the participants he decided not to work
today, instead he wished the participants good time in the Carnival.
I would say that nearly all the participants have been down town to
Triest and they have seen the Carnival.
For me today is a special day, I have known Rebecca (She is undergoing a
Ph.D. in mathematics) and I have known many of the participants of our
school.
As I guess this is once in a life time chance, and I don't want it to
pass by without knowing people, I hope that every one enjoys the school
as much as I do.
Good luck and allow my bad english.
