3 principal decision-making bodies which govern the ITU:
- Supreme governing body – establishes long-term policy on organisation and activities; meets every 4 years; sets budget; adopts the Constitution and Convention – treaty status
- Representative body acting between Plenipots; 46 member countries; broad policies; ensures efficient coordination of work
- Most usual is WRC; main purpose is to revise and update the RRs – more in next slide
