The objective of this project is to connect three health centres namely QECH,Ndirande and Limbe with Polytechnic as a hub to Internet using wireless technology.In order to achieve this objective the following tasks are planned:

Almost all the personnel at the centres are computer illiterate and therefore require some trainning |
Notes:
- The duration presupposes that the engineers will provide say 2 working hours per 8 working hours in a day since they are also employed.
- The estimated cost is arrived at by multipling the man days by the estimated engineers' rate of USD200 per day e.g activity (a) requires (3 engineers*5 days*USD200 per engineer*(2 hours per day/8 hours) totalling USD750.
- The total estimated cost is USD29,200 and this will be a contribution by the University of Malawi.
